My Mom's Killer Apple Pie
I love this pie my mom makes because it's not overpowered with a bunch of spices. It's just a wonderful, fresh, buttered apple taste.

Cook Time 1 hour 15 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 45 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 ready made pie crust
- 3 1/2 lbs. Golden Delicious apples peeled and sliced thin
- 1 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 345 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the apples, lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Put into the pie crust.
For the topping, combine the brown sugar, flour, and butter. Put this mixture on top of the apples and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
