Quick Angel Soft Biscuits
These are so soft due to the fact they have baking powder, baking soda, and quick-rise yeast! Yumm!

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 tsp. quick/fast rise yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 cups warm buttermilk
- 5 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 cup butter, unsalted
Instructions

Combine the yeast and the warm water and set aside. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl and then cut in the butter with a pastry blender. Add the yeast to the buttermilk and stir gently into the dry ingredients. Now pat the dough out onto a floured surface and cut into biscuits and place onto a lightly sprayed pan. Let them rest for 10 minutes and then bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden and done.
