Party ball appetizer cheese spread
This is the perfect thing to bring to a game night or party. It's so good and easy to make. Homemade is always better than a store bought one and this goes together so fast! This recipe is versatile so feel free to add or subtract what you like to suite your taste!

Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 2 ounce jar diced pimentos drained
- 5 slices cooked bacon
- 1 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayanne pepper (optional)
Instructions

Blend all of the ingredients in a mixer, leaving out 2 slices of bacon. Form the mixture into 1 or 2 balls (whichever size you want) in plastic wrap and stick in the fridge until firm, about 30 minutes. Crumble the reserved bacon and roll the cheese ball in it when ready to serve.
