Homemade Taquitos In A Hurry

This is a perfect meal to feed to a bunch of kids.  It's quick and easy.  Even picky eaters will scarf them up!

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Montreal Steak seasoning
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Taco seasoning
  • 1 41 ounces Can of pinto beans
  • 1 Cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 Cup Pepper jack Shredded
  • 20 Tortillas Warmed

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat with the seasonings.  Remove from heat and add the beans and cheese.  Fill and roll the tortillas.  Place them into a pan sprayed with cooking spray.  Lightly spray the tops and then pop them in the oven at 375 for about 15 minutes or until the cheese starts melting out.
