I flew to California for 3 days again. I seem to do a lot more flying lately so I am starting to pick favorite airports and also know which ones to avoid. I personally like to avoid the DC airport whenever possible just due to the constant congestion. Of course Tennessee airports are my favorite, not just because it’s my home-state, but because they really are more relaxed. I was extra early the other day so I enjoyed sushi at 8 AM for breakfast and found the coolest vending machine I have ever seen. Make-up out of a vending machine is like candy for adult girls. I couldn’t resist feeling like a kid again so I bought a travel kit out of it and had some pure fun playing with it for only 29 bucks- Not bad at all. I also found a cute little toy store with unique gifts and a kids clothing store with bomber jackets like the military wear. I was actually impressed with the variety of shopping in the Nashville Airport. It really is a neat place to be stuck. Another top pick of mine is transferring in Denver instead of Chicago. Well, just some ideas of where you might want to go (or not) the next time you fly.
