If you catch a cold or just feel a little under the weather, this is the perfect recipe. My boys learned this from their Grandmother, Shirley. It also helps soothe a sore throat. Honey has B vitamins in it naturally!
COLD TONIC
1 cup hot water
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP honey
(And of course, I use essential oils, so I add a drop of Thieves oil to it. This part is optional but if it helped the thieves during the Bubonic plague not to get sick, I think it can help me too.)
